I am finished with all my rotations. I enjoyed the Pediatric Orthopedics rotation, but they didn't convince my mind against a surgery career. Oh well.
Matt and I tried to have get together last night at our new place. No one could make it, so it ended up being sort of depressing. I did cook some awesome tapas dishes, which turned out great. Today is our 1st wedding anniversary. I am making Matt a nice steak dinner as a treat. We are saving our $$$ for our NYC trip starting on Wednesday. I got tickets to Jersey Boys, which is really exciting. Matt also got us Yankees v. Angels tickets, which he is REALLY pumped about. I just hope Thomas O'Mally behaves himself and stays away from the back of the dryer (he has fallen behind it three times now!)
I need to get working on some stuff before the trip. I start in the lab tomorrow, so that will eat away some of my trip preparation time.
