This website is mainly for my poor fiance Matt. He is student teaching right now and it not liking it. In fact, he feels like teaching high school is not the career for him, and that now, the last semester in college, is too late to do anything else. I keep trying to point out the endless opportunities he has ahead of him, because he will have degrees in History (B.A.), Spanish (B.A.), AND Education (B.A.). I think his fear is that he will be the guys with a degree selling shoes. I him, and that IS not in his future.

Don't you hate seeing the ones you love struggle? Karen and Jenny are also going through similar uncertain situations right now. Jenny is taking the GRE and trying to get into graduate school, and Karen is trying to decide which graduate school is right for her. I was in all their shoes a year ago, and though I would like to tell them it will all get better soon, the struggles continue. I think it is what makes our lives interesting.
