CNN.com - Study: Binge drinking highest in Midwest - Feb 14, 2005

My "beloved" home state is the binge drinking capitol of the nation. Honestly, I am not surprised by this, it seems that every Monday since junior high I have heard stories of "man I was soooo smashed this weekend..." I honestly think that there is a whole age group in ND that is incapable of entertaining themselves WITHOUT alcohol. I find this sad, and one of the main reason I left, and will NEVER go back. Give the youth something to do, instead of just hunting them down, slapping their wrists, and fining them. Alcoholism starts at home.....
